Brace yourselves. Woolworths has launched a brand new collectibles campaign in partnership with Disney.

From Wednesday July 6, shoppers will be able to collect 36 'Fix-ems' - reusable woven patches that can be stuck to a range of surfaces or permanently ironed onto some fabrics such as denim, cotton and polyester.

The new collectibles range features characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars, including favourites such as Minnie and Mickey Mouse, Lightning McQueen, Dory, Spider-Man, Groot, and Darth Vader.

Availble online and in-store for five weeks, customers will receive one Fix-em with every $30 spent - plus bonus Fix-ems with certain participating products.

"We're pleased to introduce our newest collectible that speaks to nostalgia and creativity, and encourages customers, both young and old, to express themselves with some of their favourite Disney characters," revealed Woolworths Chief Marketing Officer, Andrew Hicks.

Mummy blogger Cheree Lawrence, known as 'Oh So Busy Mum', revealed the news on her social media pages after being one of the first to check out the new range: "I told you it was worth the wait. You already know I'm excited for this one!"

Many parents were equally excited for the new range to hit the stores, flooding her post with comments.

"How cool, better than the plastic stuff that just ends up in the bin eventually," said one.

"Oh my gosh, my teens are going to love these too," commented another. "That's why I love it so much! Perfect for all ages (big and small)," replied Cheree.

Said another: "These look so fun! Can not wait."

"Finally a good Woolies reward! This one is awesome," noted another. "Definitely the best one yet," responded Cheree.

Others were less convinced, and took aim at the current cost of groceries.

"Spend $30 to get one, so pretty much a lettuce and a punnet of strawberries," laughed one parent.

"I'd much rather they reduce food costs instead of wasting millions on rubbish," said another.

The Disney Fix-Ems range follows on from the success of the previous Disney+ and Lion King Ooshies ranges.

Meagan Sanders from The Walt Disney Company Australia and New Zealand, said she was excited to see how Aussies will use their Fix-ems.

"Fans will stick-em, create-em, wear-em and reuse-em in so many creative ways – from personalising jackets and sneakers, to lending some flair to their bags and bike helmets – the possibilities are endless."
