Dilmah tea boss shares his secrets to the art of tea
A Current Affair host Deborah Knight recently shared a cup of tea with Dilhan Fernando - the boss of Dilmah tea.
He shared the secrets to the art of tea and his family's close relationship with Australia.
"What is so special to us about tea, when you are a tea grower you really see the influence of the sunshine, the rains, the winds and watching the plan," Fernando said.
"The process, it's unchanged for 5000 years. It is entirely natural. So it's genuinely the fingerprint of nature that you're tasting."
